5. Orders & Fulfillment
Once an order is placed, it is processed and fulfilled by our fulfillment partner. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after they have been submitted. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Vetta Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
6. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final on opened or used products. For damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy at shopvettalabs.com. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
